- Custom Deployment: Sycient is responsible for deploying and configuring our solutions in on-premise or private cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with your existing infrastructure.
- Customization & Configuration: We provide customization services, including modifying software features, workflows, or integrations to meet unique operational requirements.
- Data Migration: Support in migrating your existing data into the deployed solution, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to your operations.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance
- Technical Support: Sycient offers ongoing support, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and issue resolution, to ensure the continued performance of your deployment private or on-premise deployments.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): We provide support based on agreed SLAs, including defined response and resolution times, available support channels, and escalation procedures.
- System Updates: We manage and apply software updates, patches, and security enhancements to ensure that your system remains up to date with the latest features and protections.
- Training & Onboarding: Comprehensive training programs are offered to your team, covering the usage and administration of the deployed solutions to maximize operational efficiency.
Private Cloud & On-Premise Solutions
- Private Cloud Management: For customers opting for private cloud deployments, Sycient manages all aspects of cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, and security.
- On-Premise Installations: We manage the installation and setup of on-premise deployments, ensuring full control and compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
Custom Integrations
- Third-Party Integrations: Sycient provides integration services with third-party systems, ensuring seamless communication between the deployed solutions and your existing business tools, including CRM, ERP, and other platforms.

The Company provides support for its all the services as described in the contractual terms. Support inquiries should be directed through our designated support channels.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at its discretion, with 7 days of notice, for any violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
The company may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Property rights
Ownership: All products, content, and materials provided by the company are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our products or materials without our explicit written consent.
