No, We don't provide source code. Clapup is a proprietory platform developed inhouse by our team. It has both hosted SaaS model and on-premise installation options. For on-premise, you have to buy user licenses, and this doesnt't include source code
We support, all major email providers and imap, Facebook Messages, Whatsapp, and Instagram messages. In addition we also support Google Business profile for review management.
Yes. Our document management system comes with a docuement viewer and editor.
Sites are used for publishing content via API. Public sites can be used for publishing public content like marketing website, documentation site etc. Private sites can be used for building content rich partner portals, vendor portals etc.

Yes, all solutions offered come with a dedicated support. You will get multiple channels like, email support, live chat, all with a SLA agreement.
Standard support is for 1 year from the date of go live. We offer extended support on Annual maintenance contract packages.
You will get Phone, email or live chat support for basic trouble shooting and advanced onsite support if any configuration level issues comes out.
All on premise deployments will get updates and patches every six months. Any security patches will be releases immidiately.
